New Year, new...don't do it.
I can’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve posted on here. I can’t believe how much I haven’t done in that time. For those of you still here, I have some saddening news for you. The fatness that came before will be no more…. well, not entirely but sadly a lot less. I know, I know, you all loved watching my arteries clog and my blood pressure sky rocket with all the bad things I have eaten but I’m here to tell you I’m a changed man (at least until October).
For those of you that know me or may be a part or at least attending our ceremony, Katie and I are getting married. We signed a pact in blood that we would eat better until out wedding so we can look good in our pictures as vein as that sounds as I type it out. Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean that I won’t be eating good, or well, whatever spell check decides is grammatically correct. In just the short time we been dieting (if you will) I’ve made quite a bit of awesome foods. Burger and pizza are still a big part of my life. I show you how later.
This does NOT in any way mean I don’t get the occasional cheat meal because I do. I would hulk smash any neighbor’s car that’s parked in the street awkwardly if I wasn’t able to do so. So for my health, my legal stature and overall well being I’m allowed 1-2 cheat meals a week. Expect these to still grace your time line from time to time.
Anyways, this won’t be a long pun fill post. I just wanted to show you some of the good things I’ve made at home that are also good for you. If anyone makes a Richard Simmons reference or Jared from Subway, you get a brick to the face.
