The Goods

I love sweets. You love sweets. I all love us some muh fuggin sweets. I usually don't feel the need to make individual posts for the sweets I take down from time to time but wanted to pay my respects to those sweets no longer here with us. Those sweets that I have long since digested and passed. Let it be, cookie, pie, macaron or ice cream, I love it all. If I had a way to add music of this blog, I'd make a montage to "I Will Always Love You" by the late Whitney Houston but I can't so just go with it. Without further adieu...

Actually, one last thing, can we just take a moment to appreciate the French (Funny, I know right?) for their contribution of the Macaron to the world of pastry? I mean, is there anything better than those delicious little hamburger shaped cookies? The answer is A. No, they're the best thing that ever happened to the culinary world. If your mind goes to those shitty, dry, crunchy, coconutty disasters known as macaroons, please, stop reading now, take the thickest book you can find and slam it over your head until you finish drooling over the following photos.
