The perfect Scoop

Since we're on the subject of Macarons, I recently discovered another local gem here in Vegas; The Perfect Scoop. This is not just any Ice Cream Parlor because they hold a deep and dark secret. They've gone and done what few ice cream parlors dared do before them....They done mixed the Macaron and cross bread it with the Ice Cream Sandwich...Sayyyy wahtttt??? Yeah you read that right, the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich is here and it's doing the damn thing...Not to mention they have ice cream flavors like Thia Tea and Tarot Root but I'll have that talk for when you're older. In the mean time you can drool at this perfection of sugary indulgence.

I'm adding this in after the fact. I had recently gone back and recently outdone myself. I give you the Taro Macron with White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Ice Cream Sandwhich.
